Tynemouth Beach 8/10

fished North end of beach last 4 hours of the ebb. Conditions looked perfect. bait used rag, squid, razor. Caught 1 small codling (returned) on squid and fed the crabs rest of the time.
6 or 7 anglers out mainly in centre of beach fishing the holes but couldn,t speak to them.
One lad who fished boiler and slateys didn,t have a bite.
warm pleasant night and didn,t blank looking forward to this new season.

fished a hole just south of the middle,got one codling(just over 3lb),there was 2 lads at south end (old swimming pool) out on the rocks.i only fished from 8 till low water at 10.45.frozen crab and frozen black lug got the fish.ill be out again tonight

Nice one lads i was going to give it a go over the weekend but birthday drinks is playing a big part so i am hoping to give it ago Sunday lol.

sea looks good for fish,giving blyth beach a try tonight

went back to same spot and got same result.lol.one fish,same size on same bait from same hole.looked good and the fish came right on bottom water same as yesterday.out again tomorrow but think ill try somewhere else
