Upper Tyne

Fished the upper region of the Tyne on saturday and we caught a lot of reasonable fish. Some of these included 3 cod for 2lb and 2 whiting for 2lb. Once again a great day on the river and never fails to produce.

hi bud, the rivers alive with fish at the moment, a lot of small stuff mainly, but i fished the hebburn area on sunday with my three mates and from the start it was non stop, i must of had over 30 fish within the session, small codling, flounders, and some cracking big whiting, well over 36" bait was lug, rag, macky, so all in all a good day had by all, glad to hear you had a few also. regard korky.
