I have mate went to drop in centre give me antibiotics antibioticsfor 10 days. The only thing that will be damaging my kidneys is the liquid pain relief i have bought lol

Make sure you have been to the doctor, if it does not go away then make sure you go back, it that does not work go back again make sure you follow the above as its more than likely just an infection but it could be something else dont take any chances with pain down there
