waste of half a day yesterday,i wasnt even gona bother with a report,arrived at the walkway knowing i wasnt gona catch a lot today because of the time of the tides.4 or 5 lads fishing on the groyne when i arrived and nobody on the walkway.so i set mesel up in the middle and got knocks on the rod from the off,this went an hour n not connecting with anything,changed hooks and mixed my baits ,still not connecting.it went quite for a while then i pulled in a tommy who put up a brave but fruitless fight ,not long after another one just undersize.10 people fishing by the time i left at 2.15 and not one fish amonst us.7 hours out and nothing but 2 small codling.still nice to get out the house and wet a line.
