Changed to the Fish Quay mud flats...another small ting...

Well it all turned out very disappointing in the end...no monster cod from King Eddies just big weed which nearly pulled my rod in twice :-o

Gave up about an hour ago and came home to the warmth

I am in two minds about the big weed monsters It drives me mad when my heart thumps when I feel the pull back on the rod and try desperately to land the monster then find it is the big tangle of weed that has convinced me that it is the huge cod I have been waiting for. On the other hand it is comforting to know that I can actually get the mass to the shore so it builds my confidence that I could actually bring a double figure fish to the shore....one day.....zzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz ops there goes the alarm again

Fortunately the temp in the Office had a phone call saying his dad was dying, I leapt up and dragged him into the car to take him to his father's side so I could waste an hour or two as someone mentioned the word Tynemouth. Not sure if he appreciated me saying like "That'll fish it's tits off the neet" and "How do I get to Frasers at Whitley Bay" Canny sea running though and there was an ambulance outside his dad's house so that was that bit covered.

I decided to stay in the house though tonight and make an arse of myself on-line now I've got all me hair cut properly.
