Warm up.

i have a training programme for the cod season,, get up every morning do 80 sit ups, 100 press ups then go for an 8 mile run, get home loosen up a bit then punch the bag for half an hour then shes gets up :D
 
My prefered warm up involves doing Tai Chi naked on the beach. Not only does the cold become merely a state of mind that can be ignored but also it helps create an illusion of extra space as though other anglers are now just a distant memory.
