:question: any one any idea where i can get a accurate weather report for then,im going on sarah jfk friday with friends,and cant seem to find a deacant one there all telling me diffrent,wonder if sea state was going to be any better than today as pretty rough,and not sure if alan will cancel or if a go ahead even if it stays the same,as i wanted to get bait but not waste me time if not going out

Unfortunately mate the differing reports have been the same for a week or so now ,you've got no option but to leave it to the skipper unless the picture becomes clearer as the week goes on.

The site that Alan suggests is sadly too often right when forecasting bad weather as in the case of this week. Dave (the site owner) was predicting this northerly blow last Saturday when most others were giving light winds and warm sunshine for the northeast. So yet another looked forward to trip gets the chop for me, was due out on Flamer tomorrow (thursday).

Im on the jfk 2mrw (24th). weather is due to calm rite down. I find the best site for the forecast is MagicSeaweed.com, shows wind and swell.
