Weekend fishing

Was anyone out over the Weekend? Have a trip booked out this week and was wondering how Sunderland/Tyne marks are doing...

Don't think anyone was out Saturday and only a few Sunday with the northerly we had.
Much better forecast this week ahead, so hopefully a few fish about.
I'm out tomorrow and Saturday, seems ages since i've been out with the bloody weather.

hi we were out sunday of Hartlepool was hard going with very big swell not good but managed few fish cod whiting coley we are back out tmos light winds so looking forward to it nice 8 hours on the wreks hopefully will have some good pics of the day hoping for a huge ling .o.

We went out yesterday from the tyne and had around 40 keepable fish between 3 of us from the wrecks. Mainly cod and ling to 8.5lb and 1 pollack, with the odd coalie, whitie and scotchies put back.
Mackerel as well if you tried for them.
Fish were taken on baited muppets/daylites, shads and pirks.

Wey , went out yesterday on the Sapphire from Sunderland, weather was cracking and we had an assortment of fish, cod,ling,pouting, wrasse ( but no mackerel) approximately over 30 fish taken and even more put back to fight another day

Forgot to say, biggest was a 8.5 ling , some nice cod around the 6lb mark.
