Weekend weather (again)

Just had a walk along the beach at Blyth with the kids,its not to bad inshore but it looks quite nasty one/two miles out (@ 20.00),can\'t really see it settling for the weekend much,there\'s always the boring footie on the box,as it happens i\'am a big Football fan but i can\'t get into this Euro comp much.

yeah alan, I agree about the football .................. griping stuff through the season but in this comp I only watch england games ... cant seem to get involved (LOL maybe all over by monday )

Did any of you lads manage to get out on the water (sat).I stayed at home and the weather was sunny 1 miniute and rainning the next. Its not the rain that bothers me as its only showers now and then. I only what to hang about inshore to stock up on the mackeral for bait It the state of the sea. Hopeing to get out on the Sunday so any weather reports or the state of the sea will be very helpful

just come back from the coast and the sea was very snotty about a 6 foot swell and lots of rain. WInd dropped off so may drop the sea but i would not count on it.

any 1 get out on the boat 2day then? going to try and get out tomorro, wind has dyed down and its suppose to be a westly tonight. and 1 know what the sea,s like tday? cheers

Never got out on the boat because of the swell. So took the spinning rod down to the south gare. Got there at 6 ish only 2 people down nothing caught fished 1 half hours.Still a bit of a swell on
