fair is fair germany totally out played us all over the pitch.
they deserved to win.

england got what they deserved they were rubbish.

jeese how disappointing was that shower of ****e its time to clear the whole lot out from the very top FA down to the tea lady and most importantly we need a English manager !!!!

I strongly agree we need a English manager that knows how English players like to play and play at there best. What a total :o:o:o:o that Fabio is!!

Lets hope the fans dont let us down as much as the team. I hope they can make it home without getting into trouble.

I live in Low Fell and there have been a number of police cars , vans and an ambulance along to the pubs in the last hour.

Maybe it is time to start severely limiting the number of foreign players allowed to play for our leauge teams. We must create and nurture more home grown talent.

Very dissapointed Jonny:mad:

just in case there were any doubts about the goal, german media have been publishing the hi tech goal camera pictures:

Unlucky i'd say. If the goal was given as it should have been, Germany would have been in panic mode & England would not have had to throw players forward in the 2nd half.

Been too many Ref cockups in this world cup & there is too much betting involved & cheating.

Would have been interesting to see the outcome had the goal been given.

Come on Argentina, give them a good stuffing.

I have only watched 1 England match, nothing new really..waste of time...i got hammered at work when i said i choose watching my home team play than England play a world cup game...stand by it, at least the home team has abit more go in them.

New Englsuh manager but no idea what we can do with the team, sad fact is we dont have any really good young players like most country's..Germany for one, most the players that beat us 20-21-22.

Anyway 2 years till the next shocker in the EC

here we go, a couple of years to build up the next bout of media hype about us fielding the best team, sooner the players stop believing it and the supporters stop believing it the better, 1966 was the last time they got it right and very little since then, this load of crap was supposed to be the best of the best in england, they may have been better picking players from the sunday leagues, blame the manager, blame the refs, blame the linesmen, but for gods sake dont blame the bunch of overpaid fairies that believed thier own media hype and played like a bunch of tossers, tossers that took the rip out of supporters that paid thousands to watch them, purchased big tv`s to watch them, took time off work to watch them - and what for, to again have the truth paraded in front of them - england cant field a half decent team, `we were robbed` i hear, too bloody right you were, robbed by the donkies that played germany, easy way to sort this, pay the lot of them average wages with big win only bonus`s, vote with your wallet, stop allowing them to believe they are gods and run a superstars life style, painfully obvious they dont deserve it

agreed well done germany.

dont expect many agree with my opion here but i think if england had,nt had the obviosly goal which was dissalowed i think outcome could of been different as englands confidense was growing.

what would of happened if the england team had walked off in protest as well as the mexico team last night who were also robbed.

A few things...

Sepp Blatter is quite clearly insane and should be replaced along with the rest of the board

The FA are to blame for the debacle for allowing money to come before the ultimate privelege of playing for your country

The current group of players bar one or two should never play for England again - John Terry just coz he's a tosser, Glen Johnson was so crap as to be laughable, Emile blinking Heskey (WTF!!??) - they are simply paid so much that there is no hunger for them to succeed at anything other than club level where their salaries are drawn

Capello is no doubt a very good club manager but he was found wanting when it came to the crunch as he was too inflexible - that said I'd like to see him kept on as like club football it's no good for any team to chop and change managers all the time

Regarding English managers....we've had a few over the past few decades, Venables, Taylor, Hoddle and McLaren and they all took us to the final didn't they?....The last half decent one we had was Sir Bobby, who was sadly hounded out by the press.
I would love to know which current English manager people believe is good enough coz I don't see any.

Germany are a good team, but England like Australia did, made them look a hell of a lot better than they actually are.....Slightest bit of pressure and the Germans flapped, in all honesty they were gifted 4 goals, by a ridiculous defence.

Problems started for England at the start of the year with Terry and Cole, both caught with their pants down and the mentality that some of these players control the dressing room.

I think we had a less obvious version of what happened with France, with player power dictating what happened on the pitch, that may be why Cappello has asked for the support from the FA.

What about the Premiership, where are the next generation of young players coming from, I don't see many now who really shine, where are the kids coming through the academies?
It's cheaper often for a lot of the clubs to buy average foreign players than to nurture the talent we have in our kids.
I have coached a kids team for the past 3 years, who competed in a strong division 2 last season, and as well as half a dozen kids in our team, I see at least 2 or 3 kids every week from teams around our county and in all 6 leagues and across a multitude of age groups who should in all honesty be getting picked up by clubs looking to develop the future of English football.
We also have to look at the way we play football as a country, stop rushing things, using the long ball game. We should be playing pass and move, patient football developing the technical side of our game (too many times I saw poor passes or terrible ball control in receiving a pass). Fitness is not good enough either. We never chased anything unless the ball was a yard in front of us, compared to the Japanese, Mexicans etc who fought for every seemingly lost cause.
Shame on them for letting us all down.

fair is fair germany totally out played us all over the pitch.
they deserved to win.

what have i been saying for a long time, over rated and over paid, they are not fit enough, don't have adequate skills, they are safe in their own home the premier league where foreign stars hide their inadequacies. when they leave it on their own they are shown up for what they are, poorly skilled amatuers who make schoolboy errors. If that second goal had been allowed, it would of put Germany into second gear and probably won by more. I also get the feeling the little tantrum throwers don't like discipline. Hit them where it hurts drop them and cut their wages, instead of treating them like hollywood stars.

you can also look at things this way look what happened to italy shock results .look at fa cup portsmouth relegated and end up in cup final.
i think i knock englang as much as anyone but when england were 2-1 down they had germany on the back foot confidense imho is a big factor i reckon.

off topic a bit near but on a similar note i like a bit banter newcastle sunderland but it is just a bit fun with me. i talk to newcastle supporters and say they have done well this season quite a few say they are awful last season but in all honesty they walked away with the champions league last season so they must be right.

a few of the chealsea players were in england team they won the champions league cant be easy winning that, so i cant see our players been as bad as been maked out in my opion. how many agrees none ????
