if your after cod m8 best to be fishing low water rock marks or the piers no movement at all on the sea now so the rock wil be fishing well. some cracking cod took this week from rock marks. head out over low water and give it a try.

p.s its best to fish rock marks with someone who has been on in the dark before as some you can get cut off by the tide.

av never done the pier or climbed over the gate even lol, a pm someone and he said be careful and only to fish it with someone who has fished the pier before lol. surely the other people on the pier would advise me when to get off or move? lol

pier is ok m8 not a bad climb just be careful i climb round the top on the river side do not attempt to climb round the seaward side, fish between last railing and the end m8, i was on there last night had 1 whiting spoke to most people on the pier and wasnt much coming in at all couple undersize codling and that was it with the odd whiting. closes at 6.30 so anytime after then is good to go on.
