gonna wet my line this weekend, weres every1 going,? sick of fishing same venues any ideas lads, ive heard the blast sands are good, never been whats it like these days?:red:

if you mean the blast beach , nothing has been happening there and with this water it might be unfishable , south end of the blast or the hive might fish , noses point 3 hours before and after high water (warning be very carefull fishing there especially in high winds or if the ground is very wet ) . south end hendon prom or 1 of the cliff marks around ryhope i.e. hill 60 or the target or ryhope dene .

Sunday could be spot on, the current forecast is for light winds Saturday then getting up a bit Sunday North / North Easterly F3 gusting F4-5 (average 12mph gusting to 18mph). Sea will be away but unless the gusts are frequent it should be fishable.

Seaham Town Council Open this Sunday, fishing 11-4 registration at Seaham Club HQ from 9am. £8 entry with a £350 first prize, might be well worth a go given the likely conditions.
