Im after a bit of info on the above place.Im going to give it a go the morn night 2 down and probs 2 up.Is it any good,snaggy etc etc???

Seen some good fish taken from there mate. Anywhere round that area id use a rotten bottom .

1 of my best marks i like to fish best fished is on a dying southerly just as the sea is nearly flat but still has alot of colour tides got to be around the 1metre mark as you can get on both pads first pad i chuck between 10 and 11 as if you use the pipe as 12 on the second pad i chuck between 10 and 2 start with a short cast of around 30 to 40 yards can be heavy on gear some times you can go on and not lose any gear but other times its nearly every try and get on the first pad as it comes out of water hope this help.

The next question is would my car be ok parked in that car park at night?? or are my better off just parking up near the houses and walking by the old tennis courts?

Don't park in Carpark mate park on top on the front of houses courtesly of cause

yes dont park in car park follow road on and turn into the houses on sea front watch as you turn in as it is a one way system once you hit sea front turn right and park next to the wooden fence at bottom of houses never had no problems.
