Been out of fishing for a couple of years. Trying to get out a bit again. Any tips on what to fish for and where? I realise the cod season is over but heard that plaice might be moving in from now. Is that right and where's a good mark to try?
Still a bit early for flatties mate. There is coaly & the odd codling in the river Tyne. Try the fish quay on the flood if there isn't too much fresh water running out.
