was on the wooden pier up blyth tday the sea was getting rough i thought it should fish its t*ts off but the only bites i got was off bloody crabs lol,ne1 else got owt either,gonna try again thurs like,has any1 else had any luck tday????

A monstrous sea is what you want for the pier - I'm keeping an eye on the conditions & hoping to go down tomorrow afternoon / evening if it's big enough!

your right there m8,im gonna chance thursday,my cousin was on blyth harbour tday got 4 codling tiddlers,howay the cod bring it on ??lol

i was at blyth aswell started off a cambois but was abit to windy but afterthat fished into the river got a few small codling and a flatty all undersize quite poor to be honest

fished at lynemouth today on the big boulders,the sea was really picking up so left empty handed after a couple of hours,the wind was howling by this time so decided to fish at church bank ,hebburn for a couple of hours got a codling about pound n half ,plenty of bites just smaller stuff ,at least i got out and did not blank
