When the sea is massive

Dose anyone know any places to fish when the sea is big because when it's dying i always seem to be at work I normally head for blyth pier or the boathouse at whitely bay somemore shots would be helpful

Cambois Binns is a good high tide shot 2 1/2hrs up 2 1/2 down and you can fish it when the seas big, had some nice fish from there over the years.

That'll be a right off tonight, at a guess it will be well weeded, the tide is wrong, and the wind direction is wrong, If you do go down to the Boat House, tell me if our boat is ok, Its wrapped in a blue tarp, and my mates is the bigger yellow one ,,, hope they are still there after todays storm, Cheers,

The police have blocked a few marks from whitley to Hendon prom off because off how big the sea is, i cant wait till this bad boy drops off like. Tomorrow night

two or three hours either side of low,but be careful if it is to big. davy.

Thanks for the info lads stuck in this weekend working Monday night so will have to wait until Tuesday when the sea will be flat

When the tide is out, the rocks on the north and south side of the harbour's approach uncover. These are on the seaward side of the piers shown in your link. Fish from the rocks on the south side but check it out in daylight first.

We fished the corner of the prom at the north of the boathouse and could see the sea hammering the boathouse wall and spraying over it just before high water tonight. I’d get down and have a look tomorrow if I were you.
