lol
This from the supporters who spat on Bobby Robson because 4th place wasn't good enough for them.
And punch horses. And hold "funerals" for the death of their club.
No wonder the football world laughs at their delusions.

???

the alleged spitting incident was around 1982 - when SBR was the England Manager.......... nothing to do with finishing 4th in the premier league ffs, and by england "fans" not nufc fans..........

not a clue have you;);)

one daft drunken prick punched a horse...... 1:thumbup:

the mock funeral was held by a few, and it was embarassing for the vast majority of supporters

The above are a tiny manority, as apposed to thousands of safc fans chanting "he shags who he wants" in support of convicted paedophile Adam johnson

like i said Sunderland football club (in my opinion) lack class, on & off the field:thumbup:

too much xmas sherry I think

to be not concerned about pickford is just pure ignorance, he's been the outstanding young english player in the whole league ffs, sunderlands top performer by a mile

the only thing this injury might prevent is pickford being sold in the transfer window

Most people are aware of the saying "little man's syndrome" (hell some on here have it..:D) well i think sunderland have little club syndrome, they have an inferiority complex and try to overcompensate for their obvious short comings.

(generally) class less supporters - displayed recently in their support of a convicted paedophile , and then hiring a plane to fly over st.james' park on the 17 th minute.

they offer nothing in terms of entertainment or quality , squalid little cub

Merry xmas and a happy new year

pleased to see the internet is back up anyway, i missed BB absolute drivel:thumbup:

Absolutely not. Mannone is more than capable in goal for Sunderland. Hence the reason I'm not concerned about the injury to Pickford. Before the injury to Mannone he was number 1 this season.

pickford out, defoe away for his last big pay rise, who next next week and no money to buy. first post on here so be gentle. davy.

i think defoe will go back to west ham think he has a year and half left on his contract
most of his family still live in london and he will want to see out his career with one of his old clubs

I will add as a nufc fan i do like defoe even tho he plays for sunderland one of the best transfers sunderland has done for years getting him

fair comments DAVID.

.just dont get {carried away},like most of us do {me included}.if defoe goes, then i CANNOT see SAFC staying up.ps,noticed its the 1st time on this thread,no harm in having your 2p worth.lol.:)

it is more or less half way into the season and safc have won 4 and 2 draws and you think that is good enough form for them to stay up ? :o yes lately they have had a few results but will it be enough to keep them in the league time will tell

reg

i think sunderland will make him a offer stay with safc until season over then you can go back to west ham

But west ham are pushing for a europe spot so cant wait until end of season

I think this one will be down to the players choice stay and help sunderland stay up or get out and not take any blame if they go down

pickford will stay until end of season then someone will come in and make a offer for him sufc cant turn down as no one will want him now unless they thinking we can get him on the cheap with the injury

Please....everybody knows the real story. It was newcastle fans. Or north Barcelona as you think of yourselves. Unbelievable delusions of grandeur for a second division team.
And never forget who put you there and turned you into a yo yo club, with the highest ever spend of any team to be relegated !
And now you're not even the best team in the second division.

Happy new year in division two.
Ho ho ho.

it hasnt been div 2 for a very long time
lets face it all safc fans can cling to is being a very poor premier league side finishing just out of the relegation places season in season out
at least for a while the toon competed and tried which must really goad the unambitious safc fans and they say we are the bitter ones
like I say time will tell but if they do go down expect some grief :p

Hold on....aren't your lot at home tonight ? If you need a map to get to sid james park, try googling it.
Surely a super fan like yourself hasn't missed a home game since 1992.

You've never actually been to a football match, have you ?
Another 1992 armchair fan !

you would'nt like to bet on that tony would you, av been to alnwick as well, used to work for a boat building company from up there.
when was the last time you were at a match..?
all the best to you and your family.

Don't you mean the o3 arena :D:D
and your team got stuffed again  by another of the so called weaker premier league teams that to stand any chance of staying up surely you should be picking up points against or were safc still in with a chance and played well till burnley scored 4:D:D would of thought you would of been there being a super duper fan :p
notice buddyboy has gone back into hiding ;)
have a happy new year and all the best Iam off out to celebrate my sons birthday and new year all in one

firstly happy new year

secondly you haven't got a clue :p
Robson was allegedly spat at when he was the england manager - purportedly regarding keegan not benig picked for the england squad

The alleged spitting incident is again relating to a minority of "england fans"- Robson was vilified for most of his english career by the English press and supporters alike.

Mike Ashley, a failed business model, under performing players & inept managerial appointments relegated NUFC, not Sunderland ffs

You lot have david moyes, we have rafa benitez, luckily we only have to endure another few months of being in a lower division than Sunderland, It doesn't take a rocket scientist to see that newcastle are on the up, and that Sunderland are plummeting to oblivion, successive relegations will see SAFC take their place in the 3rd tier of English football, and hopefully stay there, they offer noting to top flight football

ps. using a football legend / national treasure of the stature of the late great Sir Bobby Robson to try and besmirch NUFC fans is another example of classless sunderland support, pathetic really
