Where to fish......

Been waiting for the seas to get away so I can get out cod bashing but I'm stir crazy so getting out tomorrow night. Likely head to Lynemouth but any thoughts welcome on rocks or beaches from those that know a lot more than me on venue.

Cheers mate - don't really fish the river or piers as I like the peace and quiet on the rocks or beaches.

as scotty says castle rocks has been fishing well with fish between 4lb and 8lb other side of pier haven rocks fishing well,only a short walk from sailing club. davy.

Totally agree there and a would take a hint from Davie he knows his stuff well some times

Thanks both. Having not gone out tonight am going to head down to Tynemouth in the morning to scout out the Castle Rocks mark, where to park, where to get onto etc, before fishing it later this week.
