I'd like to express my thanks to Jackie at Whitby Angling Supplies for her excellent customer service.

Following a return to boat fishing I needed a few bits and pieces

I placed an order late on Monday night, received it on Wednesday morning. There was a slight problem which I highlighted in an email. I'd received the wrong size hooks on some of the hokki but said I'd just re-tie on larger hooks she replied whilst on her holidays and then today a pack of hooks arrive free of charge.

Alot of people like to name and shame when things go wrong so I think it's only fair to thank and highlight when things go right.

Have ordered quite a bit of gear from whitby angling supplies must admit never had any problems.

They now own two shops in Whitby, also another angling shop due to open opposite where charter boats sailout of .
