Jimbob, Jimmy is spot on, thats exactly where it is and DO take his advice about the tide cutting you off, i have seen and heard of many anglers having to swim off risking their lives.

Just ask Mickyo! Tried to fish it in a comp earlier this year and thought we would get at least a couple of chucks off the back before we had to come off. WRONG! Got our gear set up and waiting for the start of the comp, decided to take look round the back(the only way off) and realised that we wouldnt even get the next 5 mins on there! "MICKY get your gear we're going" i was first off and got a bit wet round the ankles as i had no chesties on, micky however got a bit more damp and had things "floating in his pants" his words not mine.
A lesson learned the hard way!
