made a difference for me last week 
bait; 2 bags of minging stodgy lug, one rag, and handfull of white rag tails that broke while digging them. Resulting in 3 cod to 8lb, few whiting (sized) and few dabs (sized).
Winning, wouldnt dream of paying +£1 a worm though, couldnt afford it.
