Whitley bay angling society,results

last match of the summer season and only two of us turned up,Tony Dooley and myself,probally due to the sea being on for the last few days and people thinking it would be a waste of time,any way Tony won today with a catch of three fish for 15lb13oz\'s biggest 8lb1oz. i weighted in two for 8lb7oz biggest 5lb4oz.

the match venue was Newton and the sea had a big lazy swell out beyond the bay but was fine in the bay itself.

Some nice fish there today as well. Just as well we were not entered in your comp today as Alan had one 16lb 7oz in the wee hours of this morning from the shore. Just out for a bit practice for next weekend .....
