Can anyone out there tell me a definate date for the whitley bay evening comp. I've got it down as the 29th sept from either the cronicle or the sunday sun, but heard off people and web sites that it's the 7th oct.?????

7th Whitley Bay Evening Open 6-10.30pm

From Charltons latest Opens list so should be right.

7th Oct Whitley Bay Evening Open 1st prize £300 + Greys rod, bounds Blyth West Pier to Ice House North Shields. Reg Whitley Bay AC, (mini golf Whitley Bay links) 4to 5.30pm fish 6 to 11.30pm. Entry £10 incl h/f & s/pool Jnrs £3. Detials Mick 0191 2625266
