Might only be one fish tony, but what a nice fish it is.
and by the way dont care much for the pose, you could\'nt bend wire the same shape as your legs. ;)

I was going to keep out of this as it has all been said before and frankly is boring.However i have to agree with yours truly,why should i (or anyone else)who has learnt by trial and alot of error over the years learning new marks (and more importantly when they fish best)Share this information with any tom dick or harry when it has cost me alot of time,effort and money to finally reap the rewards?Only last week i was up at Arbroath with Gogs fishing a mark that will be featured in sea angler very soon but cannot be named because the last couple of marks named are now crowded every night, covered in litter and honestly dont fish anywhere like they used too.I would like to think that anyone who knows me personally would say i will always offer advice on marks and help if i can,likewise there are alot of decent anglers i can turn too for advice but this trust has to be built up and i dont think sharing it on a public forum is going to win anybody any friends.

Don\'t know what I\'m doing with this post but just to let people know Crack-off was very helpful with advice and maps on a recent trip to Ireland. I agree with what most have said. Either find out or rely on trusted friends. A lot of what gets posted is bluff anyway. The sensible thing to do is as Davey says keep it general if you don\'t want to b*gger it all up.

been following this with interest and its all been said before. Its a personal thing, and if someone opens up with info, they don\'t deserved to be shot down in flames for it, just as those that prefer mark X don\'t

be an interesting excercise, to make a bogus post, and watch to see what happens. with certain places often a tad busy with anglers, I\'ve often thought about a few iffy reports from a mark somewhere miles away in the hope that if I go to the first mark everyone will have been suckered to try the bogus mark

be much more fun try to get sea angler to bit though, write something credible and submit with lots of nice piccies, wait till they print it and see what happens, especially if you add that \"marky\'s pretend bait\" is the killer... then sell some of the our new puppies turds on ebay....\"mark\'s bait\" as seen in sea angler...

maybe the easy answer would be to distribute a code to those that are deserving of the knowledge, so a post can be deciphered as real or not!
 
Lmao Mark. I have talked about this to quite a few people on here (you know who you are lol). The only thing that has stopped me is your last paragraph mate.

well do we believe in 3rd time lucky or not if this one dosen,t work its getting switched off once again chaps i hate to bring this to the forfront again but only afew weeks ago we trecked off gale force N/easterly and snowing hands frozen to our rods after afew fish and a good soaking we returned to the car 4 hours later ,yes i can here some people saying you must be mad i agree, we could just barely mannage to open the door via personal anti freeze the moral of the story is there are anglers and there are danglers if someone thinks we should come back and put the destination of the catch report on screen after they have sat with thier slippers on watching tv all night in a nice cosy room i dont think so!. you never see a champion fishing in a crowd .i hope that this small contribution will in no way affend any pleasure angler as there was none intended keep up the good work boys and TIGHT LINES
 
Vast majority of catch reports are from pleasure anglers,its rare you get any of the club/comp lads posting catch reports but like I\'ve said theres a pm facility that works fine and I reckon ALL members would quite happily give you advice,I\'ve had alot of advice from people via email and private messages regarding certain marks and looking for certain species ;) ,this thread could go on forever but it wont change anything,if you are a regular and are unsure or want some more info on a mark send a message,you\'ll be surprised at the help you get :D
