Only 8 turned up for last nights cash match, and with it being low water
'Yours truly' won with a cod of about 2 and a half pound from Jackies beach.
That's the end of them for this season, but I hope to start up again first
Friday in September.
Time to start getting the pots ready for the lobster season.

Tony, had a great time in fact i had cancelled all my previous friday night activities as soon as i heard you were doing this fishing thing.
Some i could not cancel and was chomping at the bit for the next week.

Was nice to be lucky enough to win some but it was just as pleasing to see good numbers of anglers out fishing.

lookin forward to next season, might not make the first few as it clashes with my trouting.

No bother graham enjoyed the company, shame about the fish failing to show!

Here here! i enjoyed the ones i made aswell and the crack in the bar was gud, when youve had a hard night out on the rocks its always good to have a bit crack on and a few pints of the black stuff. Roll on the winter, lets just hope that we get one this year, let me know if your going out tony cos i'll have a few empty friday nights now! Well done
