bad craic that like.

people wont be getting ripped off as you tell them what the score with the bait is before they buy it. and im sure as ive said before at a discounted price someone will buy it.

if you lost £1000 worth of bait (not lost it as it will still work but not as good as it should) you wouldnt try and get some money back off it. i know for a fact there are alot of people posting in here who will have ripped someone off somewhere down the line. good old saying (what you dont want someone might have)

honestly i think he shud keep his bait ,reason 1 is i used some refrozen softback crab today from off the boat trip yesterday and took a couple of codling , cud been dissapointing and had nothing which all i used was that bait and mussle the refrozen crab won

My biggest worry mate!! Got my freezer packed with hundreds of peeler and i paid 90p for most of mine!!!

Well it was my biggest worry and now it is reality!!!!!!

Just been in the garage to put some tools away and stepped in a puddle a few feet away from my freezer!!! I went to open the door with the hope that something had been spilled but when i saw the blood from the joints of meat running down my worst fears were realised On top of all that meat was around 300 frozen peeler that i've been building up and a load of blacks, squid and mussel plus loads more. I'm full of flu and now i'm ready to cry:exclam:

I know how you feel Gregg, the same happened to me a few years ago. Mine was my own fault though as I switched the freezer off and forgot to switch it back on :casstet::casstet::casstet: I hope you get sorted mate.

nightmare for you mate , are you going to try and refreeze the crab ??
if nothing else it may be worth it to throw out as free offering's / ground bait at those marks we fished last weekend ?..

thats a nightmare

i would just refreeze them in the hope they might help. dont see why they wont, fish eat dead stuff after a storm.
might help to bulk up a few baits ;D
i have used re frozen crab before and had fish.

better than not havin any at all.

I would re-freeze them if i could but looks like freezer is a gonner. I'll not be allowed to put them in the freezer in the house as they stink and we have no room.

Anyone selling crab or mussel can you pm me with details please. It would have to happen now when crab is in short supply again....been loads for sale latley
