Can anyone give me any advice on these, a mite be getting one tomorrow. Are they stiff? What do they feel like when casting?

Any advice would be great!:D
 
equal sect/slim/thro action in a way but very powerful

very popular rod ,and has cast some very big distances a great rod for the north east imho.

Just got the rod from me mate gary (gary2010) and am very impressed with it. Stiffer than the rod I swapped him for it, which he likes alot. Cant wait to fish with it now, but al hav to wait until me match next week...:D:(
 
hi there, ive owned a M4 EVO for about 8 months now, and its the best all round rod ive ever owned. all the power in the world, with the lightness and diameter of a bass rod. Very easy to get the best out of the rod while casting to. only downside ive come across is (in my opinion) is that it aint a really heavy ground rod. if youve got a decent fish on and you gotta pull it through 50yds of kelp and rock, you may struggle a bit. thus, i have the M427 SU. dont get me wrong...ive caught conger in wales from the rocks on the EVO.....like i say, its just my opinion :-)

Not going to use mine for heavy stuff (except fish that is) but cheers for the heads up.


A dont think al be catching any conger on it around here though:D:D:D
