St Marys is desiganted as a marine nature reserve, but this does not stop you collecting bait for your own use. I know some of the people working there have at times told people they can not do this, but you can.
Thanks Alan,I read a comment in a Diving Website regarding shell fish at St Mary\'s and it said something on the lines of \"Theres alot of Crabs and Lobsters etc but to remember its a Marine Reserve\" I presumed it was saying to leave them alone.
Does the same rules apply for digging bait there
You can dig bait for your own use at St Marys and as for the crabs and lobsters the same rules about how many you can take are just the same as anywhere else.
