went up there yesterday afternoon it was bloody freezing been warmer on a december night on the beach. managed to get 3, missed dont no how many never saw a fish rise but tried a hopper they were straight up for it. best was about 1 1/4 lb all returned great sport in nice tranquil surroundings .(wonder if it ever gets warm up there?)

warm yer bgger. it was pushing 90 most of last week. they are cunning little buggers, probably down to being wild fish. if you don\'t hit the take fast enought they spit it out double quick

where abouts were you??

best bet is nearly always at the west end where the river runs in or the bays on the south bank of here, bit of a hike but worth it. thats a canny size fish for there, but I have heard tell of some monster ferox brownies lurking in there,

started off at zulu point a think thats what its called any way then worked way back down to in front of lodge casting then walking. do you mean the far end opposite the dam wall mark and the bays on the other side of this

aye, opposite end to the dam, the river tees runs in there and directly infront of that and then on the south bank going back towards the dame for a few hundred yards

one odd thing about cow green is that if the winds blowing directly to the dam wall, the fish aren\'t so keen to play.
