Anglers defy warning to fish from pier

Your life or a fish............... Doesn't need answering. Those men should foot the bill for the guys who bravely go out to rescue them. Accidents do happen and things do change unexpectedly, but ignoring warnings. How would they feel if one of those lads had died trying to get to them. If you're one of those involved and on this site and read this. Hang your heads in shame.

Can someone please explain why, if the pier watchman warned them not to go on.Stood and watched them ignore his warnings why were'nt the police called immediately and the three arrested for tresspass.

The watchman later called coastguards for help in finding and removing them.
I supose the police would have been informed by he coastguard not sure though.

should have been arrested and charge with recless endangerment, probably have as many brain cells as a sea cucumber, naw al take that back the cucumber wouldnt have ignored the warnings.should be made to pay for there rescue,

Tresspass is a civil offence mate and therefor the police cant arrest for it.... would be up to the port authority to take people to civil court which would be a waste of time as the morons probs don't have any jobs or brains anyway to pay for fines....
