The Great Wallsendo Well-known member May 9, 2009 #5 ok ok I'll own up - we couldn't get through to the Cod because all we caught all day were mackerel Norman and I both caught 12 each but Steve beat us with 17 Oh and I saw them yarking them in on the piers too

I knew there'd be doubters amongst you so I took a picture of Steve holding the Coelacanth prior to lip hooking on a 1/0 aberdeen and dropping it down As you can see it was sunny down Whitley today
