This would mean NO paperwork on boats, just a ticket to give you an angler number at registration with the fish being the only thing to bring back for weigh in (weigh in? AlanC is that a volunteer I hear)

only got back yesterday and just catching up, yep Norman i will certainly do the weigh in, what time do you want me there. Owt for a few free fish, stocks all gone
