Boat fishing competition 22nd May

It seems to have gone a tad quiet regarding the proposed NESA boat fishing competition on 22nd May. Is it still on?

It's a "fun comp" with no pre organisation so ..... turn up an lets do it.
suggest £3 a head just for the fun of it with 50% heaviest fish 30% second and 20% third (or thereabouts , maybe a bit rounding off ....)
Time 8.00am till 3.30pm (I will have to check out permission to use marina premises for weigh in but hopefully will be ok)

Slinky and crew will be there at 7.30am next saturday with a blank sheet for names, so look forward to anyone who wants a laugh ...............

strict rules will be in force ..... ie
1) you can only fish anywhere you like
2) you can only use any bait you wish
3) You can only use as many rods as you wish with as many hooks as you wish
4) only one entry for weigh in per person
5) honesty and trust abound .....

Count me and the two little un’s in, also possibly a fourth person depending on shifts.

Spoke to Matt at marina and hes happy to let us use forecourt for weigh in (and is going to pass word around so may get more entries)
so, Mr Charlton, please callibrate your scales and be ready to officiate

Update on mini comp,

All ok for Saturday 22nd May
7.00am - 8.00am sign in £3 a head (all ages)
8.00am leave to fish
2.30pm return to marina (slightly earlier than first thought but fits better)
3.00pm Weigh in at Royal Quays Marina

Only One fish each to weigh in
heaviest fish 50% Entry monies
second heaviest fish 30% entry monies
third heaviest fish 20% entry monies
(% are estimate, may have to juggle actuals to round off values)
