Commonwealth Games at my work!

Well after twelve days in Whitley Bay which was amazing, we got home last Friday and started our Musical Theatre Summer School on Monday, so pretty hectic............... However it is not a bad place to work really!







Mind you the theatre was hot as hell all week, as it was the highest temperatures in Greenock for nearly 20 years! However yesterday saw a flotilla leaving the quay on their way to the Commonwealth Games in Glasgow. Just managed a few photos before our dress rehearsal.










Also caught some of our cast ignoring Lynn's advice not to eat dairy products before a performance!



Anyway we had a great week at the school and we have another one starting tomorrow. Another 15 teenagers hoping to be stars!

We loved it. Left my camera in the car by mistake!

£15 to watch some seriously entertaining rugby. For once a major sporting event is priced sensibly so the ordinary working man and woman can attend. Compare the Commonwealth Games to the ludicrously priced Rugby World Cup coming up next year. Also it was good to see Ibrox put to good use for once and have a sell out crowd!
