What an utter joke, might aswell ban picnics, beachballs and sandcastles, horrid danger of tripping on a lethal sandcastle or being hit with a low flying beachball.

Should see if there's scope for asking a few questions using the freedom of information act - I wonder what they spent researching these bye-laws, consultantcy fee's, meetings etc etc....

If they are public beaches then by default any members of the public may use them. Unless of course you are breaking an actual law that is passed in parliament, like endangering life with a lethal weapon or shooting someone with a shotgun :exclam:

I mean come on what next? No walking on the footpaths without a footwear license - Utter cr*p!
