alrite lads can anyone tell me if culler nose point and dunstanborugh castle are high or low tide marks.sorry about spelling if its wrong any info would be a real help cheers.
Like hedley says it doesn\'t really matter but you need to know where your chuckin.
Get your self up there on the next big tide at low water to see where the kelp beds are and thats where you need to be aiming for.
Wouldn\'t attempt to fish it with any sea running.
Find cullernose very over rated, have had better results up towards dunstaborough cushait steel area.
Good advice Paul, the water is deep and the sea comes in very hard so theres a good chance you could get washed off or swamped,if in doubt dont bother mate
thanks alot lads verry verry helpfull as i dont know these marks. If i go to dunstanbourough whear is the best place to park?also will castle be open this time of year?
