Morning,
I am thinking of taking the kids to Derwent tomorrow for a bit if worm/bait fishing but have only ever fished the fly only side and that was a good while ago!
Does anyone have any info on a good area to fish on the Resovoir with preferably grassy, not muddy clarty banks as the youngest is 20 months!( I think I saw in one if eddie's posts nice grassy banks?).
Also what's the best bait for up there? Lobworms or the power bait eggs or the likes? I saw on the NWL site they have a shop up there so I will get the bait from up there tomorrow. I might get a bit of fluff chucking if I get a chance!
