Hahahaha Bri. The Barnicle lasooing technique hmmmm, might be a bit technical for you but here goes lol.
While retrieving my gear it got stuck between two rocks just below our feet.let some line off to try to free it and it was worse. Climbed down onto the said rock but could not reach it. As the tide was dropping I unclipped it till it dropped far enough. When I climbed back down I realised that a limpet had clamped itself back to the rock trapping the line. Steve thought it was funny anyway lol.
Pleased it was only our second stop so I still could bend down lmao.

Aye Alan i was thinking the same,not to bad a summer this year compaired to last year and then the shit hits the fan this last few days.
its not the end of the summer fishing merely a fucking hiderence.
hopefully things settle down again for the few summer comps that are on the agenda

I hope it flattens off in the next few days for you lads. Especially those that have planned to do some fishing while away. Still planning on having a weekend away when I get back from Turkey so wouldn\'t complain at a few weeks of calm summer weather even though I\'m not here to enjoy it.
