Frozen Blacks

Anyone know of anyone who supplies good quality blacks. Not bothered about them being freshly squeezed and I\'ll freeze them down myself.

Don\'t know if he\'s got any in and I\'ve not bought any from him, but judging by the quality of the other baits I\'ve had from S & A Bait Suppliies (Stevie Taarlands shop in Frederck St So. Shields), the quality will be spot on.
I\'ll be getting my winter baits there this year.

Davy, a lad on ebay was selling 80 fresh blacks the other day. They worked out about 30p each with the P&P which seemed pretty good.

Can\'t remember who he was though :(

I uses stock the welsh black lug but the price has rocketed thsi year due to it being a poor season for the diggers.

I suspect it will be in short supply this season. OK early on but may be struggling after christmas. We have already sold 250 packs (10 per pack in newspaper) which is unusual this early in the season

I\'ve been getting mine from Victoria Pier Angling in Colwyn Bay. Fresh dug blacks for £2.40 a pack. Good worms as well.
A bit too far for NE Anglers, but when I was in the shop a week ago he said he was looking into supplying mail-order.
His fresh peeler is cracking stuff as well. I got a dozen last week - all canny size and every one ready for immediate use. No b*ggering about with buckets of water trying to speed up the peel, like a lot I\'ve bought.
The price? Just 50p each!
I don\'t know how he does it but I hope he keeps on.
Might be worth keeping an eye on his website
