I would like to thank everyone for the support every one has give me. Finally this long wait has come to an end.The case has been going on since the 1st April 2009 (though it might of been a april fool).The case has also been adjorned 4 times since then.

I would like to thank Alan charlton for helping me along with this case for sending me details of relevent information for the case and pointing me in the right direction to go about this.

I would like to give a MASSIVE thanks to LES WELLER(AMBLE FISHING CLUB SECRATERY)for supporting me all the way from day one.Les spent hours and hours with meetings with the solictor, Gathering information for the case in his spare time,Les travelled all the way from Amble to South Shields to represent me in court which was a massive help for me getting though the case i cuddent of got though with out his help.

like a say glad to see this this ridiculous farce has come to an end and common sense has prevailed and justice done,so gav and family can get on with theirs lives without any more worry

as for calling them out else other than crabs traps is stupid, have been calling them traps for 30 years and will call them traps for another 30 years (if a live that long) and if the powers to be don't like it well they can stick there pc rules where the sun don't shine

it was not the powers that be that called them traps, it was those who helped Gav with his case. If you think the definition of a trap is to let a creature enter but not let them escape, crabs can and do enter and leave tyres or other collecting means as they wish, so they should not be called traps, they should be called shelters, so waco you have been calling them by the wrong name for 30 years, a bit less than I have been calling them traps, the differential in terminology was needed to be used for the case.
