Whats a Granny fish???
any reason why you are targeting granny fish ,they dont weight in club matchs ,a lot of anglers dont like handling them but they are safe and not harmful if handled carefully, fish quay and rubber factory used to throw some big ones up to two pound. davy.
trying to get as many different fish as i can on lrf gear,as per other post ill be using a 1 to 5gr lrf rod,1000 size reel and 6lb pe braid, wont beable to flick a 3gr jig head far-lol,so need to find fish i can get really close in,im after flatties, granny fish ,coalies ect, have to use lures(plasics best i think).could probs get a rockling to.
any others i might beable to try for?

Ugly looking critters out of the water, quite bonny when they're swimming around. As Davy says a lot of people think they're poisonous but they're not - just damn spiky & need a bit of care when handling, or get them off with a disgorger.
