can anyone tell me if I can get my Orion which is rung for f/spool rerung for a multi and how much I would be looking at price wise or will I be better off getting a new rod

Personally mate i would sell the rod and buy a multi one. There is a brand new one on sale for £80 on WSF with tags and warranty which you maybe could get a bit cheaper. On eBay you should get around £50 for your f/s Orion so wouldn't have to fins much extra money.
