the trad bail arm fixed spool reels are ok!no need for the thumb!!!!! not as bad as you think but put a plaster on your finger as it hurts when launching a weight!Dont give up!!!

couldnt of happened at a better time though mate the fishing is non existant at the minute ( cod ) so enjoy christmas and get blaked just make sure u hold your pint with the good hand then try for a lunker in january
