I like :-

Cod Battered in beer batter.
Ling In a Thai Green Curry
Mackrel Either BBQ or sauted in chillies and garlic

the ling in Thai green curry sounds nice, so does the mackerel in chilli garlice sauce. will have to have a go at the ling first, as that is what I shall catch before a mackerel, now how\'s that for prediction.
