anyone thats good enough to take ya out and get ya fish doesnt have to be the best boat out there as long has it gets ya there and back safe but even the best boats can break down on the day
Very true, but the boats i mentioned are more than capable for the job. I wouldn't like to think i was going out on a boat that wasn't built to go out x amount of miles, by being too small.
I'm due a few quid maybes next year, so i'm doing my homework now.

im not entireley sure,but your friendly quips here and there seem to add fuel to some flames,im self employed if i dont work i dont get paid,what was it you do for a living again i cant remember thats all i am sying on this matter

causing arguments all you ever do on here i dont see any decent fishing reports from your self just ways of making good threads into bad ,i commented on hes first post obviously not knowing he was serious about buying a bigger boat expecting money next year (not winding anyone up)you must read hes second post and thought hyup jumping in without thinking heres some more stirring to do and what i do for a living has got nowt to do with you or anyone else final word on this matter

, and i'll pay you with all the macky you catch. . Joking aside, i've met Coddy a couple of times and he's a canny fella (although you don't reply to my PM's
). He knows a hellava lot more about fishing than i do, as i've only just started last summer. I can't believe how much i love going fishing and miss it when i'm not there. Though, our lass wouldn't agree, she can't see what the fuss is all about
.As for owning a boat, it would be a dream come true. I've read enough threads to know it wouldn't be easy with bad weather, breakdowns etc, but it's something one day i hope to do.
What sort of certificates or licenses do you need to get sorted.

i do believe that for a private boat you need sod all
the wiser souls get advice from boat owning friends and the lifeboat lads provide a good service for new and old boat owners
im sure you will get good advice on here too
