lenser headlight problem

hi was wondering if any1 can help me the wire on my led lenser as it goes into the battery compartment has started to come loose n it either stays on or dont work at all does any1 know any1 that can fix it as its only 14 months old n cost me £45 cheers in advance

It`s a common problem on the H7 ,get back to the dealer or direct to Lenser and they will replace it as its under 2 years old.

just bought led lenser h14r when i shopped around for it all dealers only give you 12 month warranty friend

direct number 01344876222 for lenser. they should just send ya a new one and a prepaid envelope for sending the other back. thats what they did with me and a few other lads off ere, top service from these ppl

Got an H14 myself and sure I have seen something about 2 years warranty somewhere.
