low water marks?

Hi guys will be out fishing next friday night/all night after work about 11ish any advice on
any local spots which fish well over low water any help would be great

Where do you call local? it also depends on size of tides and sea conditions also do you want a beach or rock mark

Any where between seaham and sheilds tide is 0.70m not sure of sea state

and would like to try a beach as normally only fish piers / walkway
