I've just done a deal to have a new Mariner 60hp EFI engine fitted to the boat.:) Put my engine in part ex and got a good price for it...;)
Gets fitted next Wednesday.....Cant wait.....:D
 
Phew Chris, you don't hang about do you. Were you unsure of the Merc, or was the offer of a new one too good to refuse.:D
 
Bit of both Arthur, when you buy a second hand engine, there's always that niggle in the back of your mind, so i've bitten the bullet, i did get a good deal as well :).

Martin, I wont be beating anyone for 10 hours at 3500 revs max, besides it will give your dad more time to catch all the fish before i get there :D:D, the sneaky devil..:D

Dunc, Dont mention windows of opportunity, i spend most days fitting them...:D. But you are right we definately need some.....:rolleyes:

Chris you don't have to go to the expense of getting it fitted i know a man that is an expert. His health and safety is'nt up to much and he can make coffee BUT HE DONE A GOOD JOB FOR ME oh and he has a gun:D:D

Jim, he's also spot on at boat transportation, but its just a simple lift off...lift on....so no dodgy scaffold required :D....he'll shoot me for saying that...:o:D:D.

Aye Deano wont be long mate, then the weather is going to be fantastic and the fishing as well :rolleyes::)
