Hello everyone,

just wanted to say hi to you all - I started fishing again at the beginning of the year after an absence from the north-east of about 25 yrs, so at the moment I'm out at every opportunity trying to make up for lost time, although even this doesn't seem enough!!

I may know some of you already as I fish as many of the local matches & opens as I can as well as being a bit of a regular on Blyth pier (I'm only a few minutes away) and hope to get to know some more of you all via this site - seem like a happy bunch of nutters to me! :D

Welcome Mate - get stuck in...plenty freindly comps coming up at this time of year, either organised through this site or by its members...hopefully we'll see you around :)
 
Hi mate. I'm just up in Newsham, don't get out that often but occasionally get along the pier.

Guess my username is apt - "5150" is a US Police Code for someone who is insane and part of the California Welfare and Institutions Code which allows a qualified officer or clinician to involuntarily confine a person deemed to have a mental disorder that makes them a danger to his or her self, and/or others! It's also a rather good album by Van Halen... :D
