Well north again for me today bit of a swell and the water clarity wasnt too good so i fished with 2 rods one with bait and one with shads only caught 2 with the big baits all the rest was on the shads kept 3 nice 5lbers rest went back on the to neebiggin i saw 2 kyakers out got some bottle them lads they were around the blyth area not far from the 2 wind turbines wonder if they caught much anyway as the day went on the water clarity got steadily worse but what a day still loads of fish about

You're putting the hours in so it's good you're getting some reward for it.
If I was pottering around the coast in a very big sea, I'd either want to be in a very big ship or a little kayak. Once you get the hang of them you can roll back upright or climb back on after a capsize. That gives a lot of security going out in all weathers, which is when the fun begins.
